Terms & Conditions

As the client/customer (You), you acknowledge the agreement for lawn care and landscaping services provided by Crisp Cuts Lawn Care (We/Us/Our). The terms include the scheduled frequency and duration of the services, but not limited to:

1. Pricing Policy:

All prices are quoted in CAD. Prices do not include HST, and the final invoice will be subject to HST.

2. Service Duration:

- Spring Cleanup: From May 1st till May 10-15.

- Seasonal Lawn Mowing: Begins on May 1st and continues until End of October, depending on grass growth.

(Weekly Lawn Mowing Includes 26 Cuts & Biweekly Includes 13 Cuts)

- Fertilization: Conducted during Spring, Summer, and Fall.

- Fall Cleanup: Starts mid-October.

3. Refund Policy:

Refunds are issued under specific circumstances. Please contact us to assess your eligibility for a refund.

4. Force Majeure:

In the face of unforeseeable circumstances, our force majeure clause safeguards against extreme weather or events beyond our control. This ensures mutual understanding when services are impacted by conditions outside our management.

5. Privacy:

Your information is held confidential and secure. We commit not to sell or use your information in any non-service related way.

6. Cookies:

crispcutslawncare.ca utilizes cookies to enhance your website user experience by saving relevant information.

7. Extra fees:

Double cutting / Overgrowth charges might apply on One-Time and Bi-Weekly lawn mowing depending on grass growth.

8. Surcharges

A 2.4% surcharge might apply if you pay by credit/debit card (you will be informed beforehand)
